I  ♥ my blue VANS!!
Necklace-Topshop

YEEAAY its the WEEKEND and this means just one thing for me no study!! I managed to take this quick outfit post before I headed home for the weekend. It's such a sunny day I decided to put on my simple grey maxi dress from Forever 21. It's not often I get to take it out of the wardrobe so the minute I seen the sun this morning I put it on. However I'll defiantly be wearing it when I go to San Francisco for the summer, which is now just a mere month until I departure :) I popped this stripy jumper over it which I got last year in Topshop's autumn sale. I'm also wearing my blue VANS which honestly I live in, I wear them almost everyday there so comfortable and go with almost every thing. I popped them on with this for a more fashionably sporty look.

I've been trying out some new settings with my camera so some of the pictures colours vary. Also I found a great website where you can make these picture movies I think there so cool, you'll defiantly be seen more of these in my posts.

What do you think of this look?

Have a super weekend,

Tribal Pattern on Jacket!

Finally the sun came out in Galway today so I couldn't pass down the opportunity to make the most of it and get a blog post taken. Early this morning my friends and I took study off to attend the much awaited River Island student day. With each purchase 20% off was given how could you say no?! I pick up a few items including these sunglasses which I'm wearing in the post. I'm not quite sure if you can see it in the pictures above but the frames are leopard print and the shape is of the frames is a style I've had my eye on for some time now. So I was just out of the shop when it was time to pop them on. I think we can all agree that doesn't happen to often in early spring in Ireland. My outfit is both casual and comfortable something I'd typically wear in and out to college on a daily basis. I love the recent military style jackets and picket this one up in Pennys for a pretty penny of 20 euro. I've been wearing it quite a lot lately as it not to heavy and perfect of those light spring showers. I'm really excited to blog my purchases from River Island in the coming weeks to stay tuned and don't hesitate to follow if you're just as excited as me.

Outfit Post : ''Sk8er Boi''

Dress-Topshop/Creepers-New Look

Waist Coat-Pennys/Primark

Beanie Hat-River Island

Alas I have another outfit post up after a hectic week in the library. As today was so sunny I seized the perfect opportunity to get this post taken and presented to you. On my break my friend Lizzy and I took the short stroll across the road to a close by playground. Here there was a skating park which I felt would be the perfect backdrop for this outfit.

This neon pink beanie hat is my latest purchase and I'm simply obsessed with it. It's such a shame it's coming into summer but something tells me I'll probably get my wear out of it then too. I bought this on Monday in River Island, they have a great range of all style hats at the moment so I'm sure you'll see some more in posts to come. The waist coat was original a full sleeved denim jacket but I did my own personal D.I.Y. on it and removed the sleeves to its more suitable for this season.

Also as you may notice I have now joined Instagram so feel free to follow me. Also I'm in the process of buying a new camera as I want to achieve better quality pictures. If you have an opinions please comment below I would love to know what works best for you?

Hope you enjoyed this outfit post,
Let me know what you think?

Until next time, have a good weekend,

Outfit Post: Peaches and Cream

With exams just around the corner I have been stuck in the library all week studying, however today I traveled home to Carlow for work at the weekend and thankfully managed to find a few spare minutes to take this outfit post. As they say there's a great stretch on the evenings and that certainly worked to my advantage today as it's usually dark by the time I get home.

As Spring/Summer is upon us it was time again to begin wearing my brighter and lighter shades. Dressed head to toe in Pennys clothes I managed to do just that. Before getting the train home today I had a quick look in Pennys to see could I find something suitable for my J1 embassy meeting next week. I picked up these high waisted navy jeans and cream shirt. I admire the elegant detailing on the shirt and the pearl buttons give it a stylish and sophisticated look. I already had the peach blazer and brogues from last season so it was great to get them out of the wardrobe again this year as they continue to remain on trend. With such great detail on the shirt I managed to accessorize with just a large pearl faced ring which I also picked up in Pennys last summer. I popped on a cute pair of frilly white socks from Pennys to give it a more vibrant and girly feel.

Hope your you enjoyed this post,
as always feel free to comment or follow,
all your support is greatly appreciated,

Until next time mes amies,
lots of love,

Society's Ball

On Tuesday night this week I attended the annual Society's Ball in the Clayton Hotel Galway. I was there representing both the business and enactus societies. It was a successful night as the business society received the award for 'hottest ticket in town' which is a great achievement and a reminder that all our work doesn't go unnoticed or unappreciated.

A group of friends and I who also attended the ball!

I am in love the midi dresses which are bang on trend right now. There so elegant and stylish they can be simply used for any occasion. This dark green midi was one which I picked up in Topshop quite a few weeks ago, I was delighted I finally got the opportunity to wear it and blog it for you. I yet again themed it with my heavy link chain from River Island, which I'm getting so much wear out of theses past few weeks, along with my gold clutch from Accessorize which I purchased for my debs two years ago, so it was great to get the opportunity to use it again. My bracelet is from Fran and Jane and it too was another purchase I made for my debs. My heels are from Penny's and matched up perfect with the rest of my look. As you can see from the picture above my friends and I had a brilliant night and are looking forward to putting in just as much work next year to ensure many more awards for our society!

Feel free to follow or leave comments,
Hope everyone has a great weekend,

Happy Easter everyone,
Alice xo

Candy Strips

As this was my last week of college things were quite relaxed and the work load wasn't as demanding as usually, this gave me and my friend time to get some to get some blog posts done..YEAAY!! Its been so long since I got some day wear outfits on my blog, so hopefully now in the weeks to come I can keep up to speed. The outfit I'm wearing is one which I'd wear in and out to college, it's cool and preppy and certainly achieves the rock chick look that I adore so much. The bag is a purchase I made in New Look earlier this year its quite big so I tend to bring it to college a lot as it's easy to throw everything into. My jacket is from Topshop one you may have seen in previous posts and probably in plenty more posts to come as it's genuinely an all time fav of mine. As you all know I love fashion but of course what goes hand in hand with fashion only hair and makeup, so the red lippy was out in force to achieve the perfect look.

During a recent weekend away in Poland with my friends from the business society I picked up the 'Kiss' jumper in H&M while there. Personally I think it looks great with the candy striped shorts I got in Topshop. Both the jumper and shorts complement each other so well. To top it all off I added a my heavy link chain which you guys have seen a lot of lately (simply obsessed with it). All this combined with my creepers which I got in New Look earlier this year topped off the perfect rock chick look I'm loving theses days.

Hope you enjoyed this outfit post feel free to leave comments as your feed back is appreciated. Also if you want to see more of my posts please follow me :)
I'm going to leave you with one of Kiss's most famous songs 'Rock 'n Roll all night'
Hope you enjoy,

Rock On!!
